We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Officer with experience in HVAC or MEP procurement. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.
• Source and procure HVAC/MEP materials, equipment, and consumables. • Obtain quotations from vendors and evaluate prices, quality, and delivery schedules. • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms. • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs). • Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements. • Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors. • Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation. • Resolve supply-related issues and coordinate with vendors for replacements or shortages. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
