Key Terms for Recruiters

Recruiter accounts must be authorised by the company/agency.
Jobs must be genuine and free for candidates to apply. No misleading CTCs, MLM, or discriminatory postings.
Credits: Valid for 6 months; expire unused; no refund after use.
Candidate Data Use: Only for hiring; no resale, scraping, or misuse. Must comply with DPDP obligations.
Indemnity: You indemnify Byond for claims arising from misuse of postings/data.
Governed by laws of India; courts at Jaipur.
