Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

  • Candidate subscriptions and add-ons
  • Recruiter plans (job credits, database access)
  • Event tickets hosted on Byond

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Candidate subscriptions may be cancelled anytime. A full refund is available if cancelled within 48 hours of first purchase and no feature has been used; otherwise, the subscription is non-refundable.
  • Recruiter plans activate immediately upon payment. Used credits are non-refundable, and unused credits expire six months from purchase.

Event Tickets

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the event.
  • No refund if cancelled within 2 days of the event or in case of no-shows.
  • Full refund if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Byond and attendance is not possible.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds are provided in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or where services have already been consumed.
